Class, Food for Natural Health, and Grow it Yourself Garden Tour

we have a series of classes coming up in May.
They will be on Sunday afternoons.
Each class will cover Low Fat, Wholefood, Plant Based Nutrition. That is the most healthy and practical way of eating I have encountered. It includes lots of natural raw foods like fruits and vegetables, and also naturally low fat starchy vegetables that require cooking.
The result is satisfying meals that provide abundant energy, promote a strong immunity against all the chronic diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabletes, and a host of others.
Plus these foods promote a healthy weight and body shape.
Each class will be unique in that it will provide a different set of recipes each time. And each class will reinforce the others as you learn skills you can use every day for a Healthier Lifestyle for you and your loved ones.
Health really is the most important thing. We are lucky when we can take it for granted. If you have good health, use these classes to keep your ship on course. If you have health challenges, use these classes to get back on course.
All classes are “Hands on”, you get to make recipes yourself.
All classes are small groups, up to eight people each time.
All classes include a Grow it Yourself Garden visit.
All classes include a delicious meal made from the recipes you helped to make.
