Thank you for making your booking for our Yoga and Food for Natural Health trip to Hungary.
You can expect a relaxing but stimulating five days of Yoga, Health Food Classes, and Excursions.
If you have not done so already, now is the time to book your flights…
(If you are travelling via Dublin Go to ryanair.com and book Dublin to Budapest flight FR 1023, dep Dublin on Fri 17/6 at 20.00hrs.. Returning on FR 1024 on Weds 22/6 Dep Budapest 21.30.)
(If you are not travelling via Dublin, please be aware that our transfer from Budapest airport is at 2350hrs on Friday 17/6, and our return to airport is at approx 1930hrs on Weds 22/6, so you can book flights convenient to those times.)
Items to bring with you:
Weather will be very warm in June, so bring summer clothing. Some summer jacket will be a good idea for the evening when it cools down. Dress code is comfortable casual clothing.
You will need to bring swimwear. Indoor shoes are a good idea too.
For classes~ If you have a favourite yoga mat, by all means bring it. Otherwise mats will be provided.
For Food classes, please bring an apron if you have one.
Excursions: This is an all inclusive trip. We have our own minibus reserved, and all trips are included. Entry will be paid by us into all destinations. This includes the Saliris Spa Excursion. At Saliris, we pay the entry, which gives you access to the facilities like pools, showers, sauna, steamrooms. However, the Saliris Spa has many extra therapies that you may wish to try, and these are extras payable by you.
