The Nuremburg Code was developed after the Second World War, during the Nuremburg trials. Doctors were on trial for unethical practices before and during the war.
This principles are supposed to inform the behavior of Doctors and Medical researchers in the civilized world.
I will now outline how the Experimental Gene Therapy masquerading as a Covid 19 “Vaccine” violates the provisions of the Nuremburg Code…
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This principle has become known as the principle of “informed consent”.
Informed consent is absolutely impossible in the case of the Covid 19 Experimental Gene Therapy, simply because the information being given to the experimental subjects is misinformation. The people getting the “vaccine” are misinformed, thus they cannot give informed consent.
Specifically the misinformation consists of:
Lies about the number of Covid 19 cases, based on an over sensitive test for genetic material thought to be associated with a virus that has not been isolated.
Lies about the number of Covid 19 deaths, based on classifying everyone who dies after a positive on the inaccurate test, as having died of Covid 19, a blatent lie.
Lies about the lack of treatments for the few people seriously affected by SARS CoV2
Lies about the very nature of the “vaccine”, which is, in fact an experimental gene therapy.
People are being enrolled into a gene therapy experiment while being told they are getting a safe and effective vaccine.
That is the general situation. Now for the specifics of the Nuremburg Code…
The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
If you have bought the lies about the cases, the deaths, and the supposed lack of alternative treatment, then yes, you may agree that this experiment is worthwhile. But you would be basing your conclusion of three flat out lies. Add to that the fact that you are not being told that this is an experiment, and you have two strikes already.
The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
This one should be a huge red flag. THEY SKIPPED THE ANIMAL TRIALS. Why? I’m glad you asked. THE ANIMALS DIED. In1 previous attempts to create a vaccine for SARS CoV1, they did animal trials. All seemed well, until the animals were exposed to the virus. They then had a massive immune over-reaction and died. Bear that in mind this autumn, when the participants in the un announced experiment are exposed to seasonal corona viruses.
Also, there is no sufficient knowledge of the disease that the anticipated results justify the experiment. In fact, as we know that THE ANIMALS DIED, there is every reason to avoid such experimentation.
The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
Well, they are saying they are doing that. Yet at the same time there are 1265 deaths reported in the USA after the experimental shot. However, you won’t hear that because it is not reported in the media. Does that mean that there is no physical and mental suffering? Or does it mean that, because “Hear no evil, See no evil, Speak no evil”, it is not happening?
No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
Well, there certainly is a reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur. Just look at the deaths and injuries being reported on the Vaccine Adverse Events Recording System (VAERS). VAERS was established by law in the USA. The medical-pharmaceutical cartel try to ignore it as best they can, but some people do report on it. It is estimated that only around 1% of vaccine injuries are reported to VAERS. Many doctors are unaware of its existence. Despite all of that, we have 1265 deaths reported to VAERS already since the rollout of the experimental gene therapy. As for the physicians serving as subjects… Well, your average doctor is ignorant enough to take the thing. But even then, a great many medical professionals are refusing it. And many are warning against it.
The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
Again, if you believe the lies about the cases, the deaths, and the supposed lack of treatments, then you will swallow anything, including any amount of real risk to your health.
Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
Well, that’s a joke. You get told how good a child you are. Then you get to sit on a couch for 15 minutes. After that, you’re on your own, sucker. The only remote possibility is that the big pharma convicted criminal cartel will face any consequences for the injury, disability and deaths that are occuring during this experiment. The reason? We gave them 100% indemnity against any claims for harm caused by this experiment.
The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
See above. We gave those criminal cartels 100% indemnity. So they have zero incentive to apply skill and care. They just need to keep death and injury within the realms of plausible deniability.
During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
Good luck with that. Just see the amount of social pressure being applied around mask wearing and the other lunatic requirements. Next you can expect armies of knucle dragging neanderthals demanding that those who have not complied with the experiment be forced to do so.
During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgement required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
Well, in this case, there is no scientist in charge. There are convicted criminal pharmaceutical corporations in charge. And we have given them a licence to print money, with zero risk. Their superior skill and careful judgement is applied to using behavioral manipulation to keep us docile compliant. Mostly by the use of fearmongering propaganda. There is no science involved in this. There is technology, yes. But not science. Science means objective, verifiable facts. This entire Covid 19 spectacle has been a web of deceit aimed at profit, and control. There is no space for science in that. Plenty of white lab coats all right. But no science.
