I have been trying to get some facts about the effects of the Covid vaccination programme from the HSE. It will be enlightening for you to follow along…

 

The background:

In 2020 we had no excess deaths in Ireland, beyond the average for the preceeding years. This while in the grips of a deadly pandemic.

In 2021 however, we have a death rate well above the normal average for preceeding years.

There is an unexplained spike in deaths from Cardiovasular disease, among other causes of death.

 

At the same time, the Covid vaccines are being rolled out. And the HSE, and government, are assuring us that the Covid vaccines are “safe and effective”. And we are being pressured to take these vaccines, and booster shots on top.

 

While the proponents of the vaccines are quick to explain away the increase in deaths following the vaccine rollout as co-incidences, there is a simple test that can verify the claims of safety and effectiveness:

 

If the vaccines are ONLY safe, there would be no difference between the death rate of vaccinated and unvaccinated people.

If the vaccines are safe AND effective against a deadly pandemic, then the death rate of the vaccinated MUST be lower than the death rate of the unvaccinated.

 

So, knowing the death rates of vaccinated and unvaccinated will verify the claim of safety and effectiveness.

Also, the death rate comparison is a simple binary comparison:

Either a person took the vaccine, or they did not.

Either a person is alive, or they are not.

 

There is no space there for confusion, unlike such data as numbers in hospital, numbers testing positive for example.

 

Therefore, I set out on a quest to discover this simple information.

 

It began with a Freedom of Information request, which I directed to the HSE, and worded thus:

 

On 12th of October, the Health Protection Surveillance Centre prepared a breakdown of deaths following a Covid 19 positive test, by vaccination status.

What we need now is a breakdown of total deaths, by vaccination status. (Covid 19 vaccines)

 

The publication by the HPSC proves that the data is quickly accessible, which is welcome.

 

There are three data sets required:

What we need is:

 

1. Total deaths, all causes, in Ireland for 2021, month by month.

 

2. For these deaths, how many of the deceased were

 

vaccinated (one or more doses) (Covid 19 vaccines).

or

unvaccinated.

 

3. We also need the percentage vaccination coverage (one or more doses) achieved in each month. That percentage will start low in January, and reach a higher percentage in each succeeding month.

I thought that, given the HSE had released such similar data (vaccine status of Covid positive deaths), it would be a simple matter for the HSE to release vaccine status, all deaths.

But, alas… After a three week wait, I got this response from the HSE:

Part 1 Refused

Response from HPSC:

HPSC records infectious disease data for Ireland, and does not have a record of all deaths, all causes for Ireland. For this reason, I regret to inform you that we cannot locate any data which details the information asked in your request and that I must therefore refuse your request. As explained below, this decision is made under section 15(1)(a) of the Act.

Section 15(1)(a) of the Act states that an FOI request may be refused if:

‘the record concerned does not exist or cannot be found after all reasonable steps to ascertain its whereabouts have been taken.’

The Central Statistics office may provide you with this information.

I responded with an appeal:

 

 

I wish to challenge the decision on my FOI request on the following grounds:

 

Summary:

1. The HSE makes claims about the safety and effectiveness of Covid 19 vaccinations. On the basis of these claims, 90% of the adult population of Ireland have received Covid 19 vaccinations. Further boosters are now being administered. And in addition, there are now plans to inject the children.

 

2. The data I requested is of vita importance to verify the claims as to safety and effectiveness of Covid vaccinations.

 

3. The HSE is the agency with access to the data I have requested.

 

4. Being the agency making the claims, and with access to the data, the HSE has a moral duty to make the data available.

 

5. Clarification of Data requested.

 

Details:

 

1. HSE Claims.

It is indisputable that the HSE claims all of the four covid vaccines are safe and effective. As stated on the HSE.ie information page on AstraZenaca vaccine : “The HSE only uses a vaccine if it meets the required standards of safety and effectiveness.”

The same page refers to side effects thus: “Like all medicines, vaccines can cause side effects. Most of these are mild to moderate and short-term.”

Other side effects are referred to “very rare risk of unusual blood clots with low platelets in people under 50 who get the AstraZeneca or Janssen vaccines.”

 

2. Importance of the Data.

The data I have requested will allow the calculation of the death rate of vaccinated vs unvaccinated population. This is of vital national importance. If, as the HSE asserts, the four covid vaccines “meet(s) the required standards of safety and effectiveness”, then there is a direct logical conclusion to be drawn, which can be tested using the data I have requested.

 

I make no prediction about the data. However, this data is of vital importance, and will prove the safetey and effectiveness of the vaccines in question. Like it or not, we have performed a grand experiment on the adult population of Ireland. Fortunately, there remains a control group, the unvaccinated. By comparing the death rates of the two groups, we can get a scientific result pertaining to the safety and effectiveness of the four vaccines.

It should be obvious that we ought to get that answer before we vaccinate the children.

 

3. HSE has access to the data.

The HSE is the agency with access to the data needed. Although the decision referred to the HPSC being only concerned with infectious disease, I originally addressed my request to the HSE.

The HSE has access to the data on the vaccination status of deceased persons. The HSE has access to the data on the percentage of the population that has received at least one injection. Those are the two key elements of the data I have requested. I do not accept that the HSE cannot access this data.

 

Section 15(1)(a) of the act is refferred to in the decision: ‘the record concerned does not exist or cannot be found after all reasonable steps to ascertain its whereabouts have been taken.’

 

I contend that reasonable steps have not been taken to access the data.

1. The HPSC already produced almost exactly this data, but limited to Covid positive deaths. I am simply requesting that the data be extended to all deaths.

2. The British authorities have released this data. There is no reason that Ireland could not do the same.

3. I acknowledge that co-operation of other agencies may be required, but only the HSE has the key element of the data, namely the vaccination status, and vaccination by percentage of population.

4. The decision suggested that I speak to the CSO. However, the CSO won’t have access to the vaccination status of deceased persons unless in co-operation with the HSE. So the matter comes to the HSE in all events.

 

4. Moral duty and National importance.

The rollout of the four covid vaccines has been the biggest medical experiment in the history of the Irish state. This experiment is about to be rolled out to the young children of Ireland. There is an enormous moral duty on the HSE to make available this data which will throw light on the actual safety and effectiveness of these vaccines. It is in the public interest. And it is the scientific thing to do.

Witholding this data will prevent informed discussion, and will prevent informed consent by those participating in vaccines, boosters, and child vaccines.

 

5. Clarification of Data requested:

There was some suggestion in the decision that I requested data for July and August.

However, the entire data from January to October 2021 is preferrable.

Here is my request as quoted in email from Ms. xxxx on 29/10/21

 

1. Total deaths, all causes, in Ireland for 2021, month by month.

2. For these deaths, how many of the deceased were

vaccinated (one or more doses) (Covid 19 vaccines).

or

unvaccinated.

3. We also need the percentage vaccination coverage (one or more doses) achieved in that month. That percentage will start low in January, and reach a higher percentage in each succeeding month.

END of my letter of appeal.

I had hoped that by laying out the argument in both practical and moral terms, the HSE might act in the correct manner and provide the information I requested.

But alas…

After another three weeks I got a letter from the HSE stating

“I have now reviewed your request and the decision issued by Ms. xxx; I have decided to uphold her decision and I have set out below the details of my decision”. END of HSE quote.

The details you can see below, along with my response.

Dear Ms. xxx,

I refer to your disappointing decision to uphold the previous decision to deny my request for information

“Reason for decision

HPSC does not have a record of all deaths with all causes for Ireland and therefore cannot provide the data you have requested; this decision is made under section 15(1)(a) of the Act.

Section 15(1)(a) of the Act states that an FOI request may be refused if:

‘the record concerned does not exist or cannot be found after all reasonable steps to ascertain its whereabouts have been taken.’

The Central Statistics office may provide you with this information Freedom Of Information – CSO – Central Statistics Office or the General Register Office gov.ie – General Register Office (www.gov.ie)”

 

1. I made the application to the HSE, not the HPSC.

2. ‘the record concerned does not exist or cannot be found after all reasonable steps to ascertain its whereabouts have been taken.’

In fact, the HSE can quickly access this data. The HSE holds the data on vaccine status. It is a minor matter to apply that data to all deaths.

3. Neither the CSO, nor the General Register Office has access to data on vaccine status of deaths.

4. The HSE is making the claim that the Covid vaccines are safe and effective.

5. By denying my request the HSE is denying access to the data that would verify that claim. That amounts to a coverup.

6. The HSE is duty bound to release that information immediately.

7. Until such time as that data is released, the HSE must withdraw all claims that the covid vaccines are safe and effective.

 

I followed this up with a letter to one of my Tds, I appealed to him in these words..

I must appeal to you now as a member of government, to see to it that the government compels the HSE to release this data.

What I am asking for is very simple: What was the vaccine status for all deaths in Ireland in 2021.

We had no extra deaths in 2020 compared to previous years.

But in 2021, during the rollout of the vaccine, we have extra deaths. We also have a significant rise in “unexplained” deaths from cardiovascular events.

These facts call into question the claim of the HSE that the vaccines are safe and effective. The HSE must now be compelled by government to release the data I have requested.

Like everyone else, I am being pressured to take these vaccines, and to allow them be administered to my family.

I should not be expected to do so while the agency making assurances as to their safety is covering up the data that would verify their claims.

I trust that you will treat my request with the urgency it deserves.

Conclusion..

As far as I can see it, the data I’m requesting is very simple. And the HSE has access to it.

It would verify their claim that the Covid vaccines are safe and effective.

By refusing to release that data, they are effectively coving up the truth.

How could such an unjust and evil course of action be followed by those who are supposed to be a Health Service?

The answer is quite simple:

They begin from the unfounded prejudice that the Covid vaccines are necessary, safe and effective.

As we “know” that they are safe and effective, any information that seems to cast doubt on their safety and effectiveness must be in error.

Such information is misinformation, and must be suppressed.

And of course, as there is no such information permitted, this proves that the covid vaccines are safe and effective, as there is no evidence to the contrary.

This is called circular reasoning.

Covid vaccines safe and effective…. Any claims otherwise are false…..

As those claims are false, there is no evidence to support the assertion that the Covid vaccines are unsafe or ineffective,

Therefore…. Covid vaccines are safe and effective.

On the basis of this circular reasoning, and nothing else, we have rolled these experimental treatments out to 90% of the adult population of Ireland, and we are starting to do it to the children next.

The people doing this firmly believe that they are “doing the right thing”, and “trusting the science”.

But as the saying goes,

“The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”
